All payments on TBR LABS are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified payment processor. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
For subscription orders, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription frequency you selected (monthly, quarterly, etc.) until you cancel your subscription. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. To cancel your subscription:
Important cancellation timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date. If you cancel within 48 hours of your next billing date, you may still be charged for that cycle, but you will not be charged for subsequent cycles.
Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. You will continue to have access to your remaining subscription benefits through the end of your current billing period.
If you cancel a subscription and later wish to restart it, you will need to place a new subscription order at the current pricing and terms.
In the event of payment processing errors, failed transactions, or suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend orders. If a charge is declined by your financial institution, additional fees may be assessed by your bank or card issuer.
TBR Labs typically fulfills orders on in-stock items within 1 business day whenever possible. Orders that are placed before 1 pm are often shipped the same day. If you place your order after 1 PM EST or on a Friday your package will not ship out until Monday morning as our shipping facility is closed on the weekends.
We use various shipping options from UPS and USPS, with domestic transit times between 1-6 days.
TBR Labs accepts returns on unopened, unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping. Please report all damaged merchandise upon delivery, and provide photos if possible. Orders totaling $100 or more may need to be inspected by the carrier to obtain a replacement or refund. TBR Labs will refund the purchase price of any used product (up to $60), for those that are trying TBR's products for the first time and find that a product does not agree with their body.
