Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 12 PM (MST) will begin processing the next business day.

• We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Available for most U.S. orders.
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Available at an additional cost.
• International Shipping – Available to select countries; delivery times vary by destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

• All international orders are subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations on certain supplements, we may be unable to ship to certain locations or countries. If your order is affected, we will contact you directly to discuss options.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it is lost in transit:

• Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and send replacements if necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. TBR Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
