Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Unopened Products - Within 30 Days:

Unopened products returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a 100% refund. The product must be in its original, unopened condition with the seal intact. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Unopened Products - Near Expiration:

If you discover an unopened product in your pantry that is within 60 days of its expiration date, we will exchange it for a fresh product at no charge. This is our "forgotten bottle" policy for those situations where life gets busy and a product gets misplaced. Contact us at to arrange an exchange.

Opened or Used Products:

For opened or partially used products, we evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis. We need to understand the reason for your return to process your request appropriately. Common reasons we accept include:

  • Adverse reaction or sensitivity to the product
  • Product did not meet your expectations (first-time customers)
  • Product quality concerns
  • Medical advice to discontinue use
